As a Marine Corps Regular Nonappropriated Fund Employee, you have a comprehensive program of benefit plans that are provided to enhance the quality of your life. In order to help you understand how important these benefits are to both you and your family, we have prepared this handbook to explain what plans are available to you, how each plan works, and what benefits you might receive as a plan member.

The plan summaries in the handbook are intended to give you an easy-to-use reference guide to your benefits. However, a summary of this type cannot cover all the details. Each benefit plan is fully documented in an Official Plan Document. If there is any discrepancy between the official documents and this summary, the plan documents will always govern.
