The Federal Long Term Care Insurance Program (FLTCIP) is available to MCCS NAF employees. Long Term Care Coverage should not be ignored. It's a very valuable benefit that can provide financial protection in case of prolonged illness or injury for participants of all ages. Long Term Care has NO guarantee issue.
